  1. Order Confirmation

An order shall be deemed accepted, and a binding contract formed, only upon written confirmation from Tismo London Ltd. In the case of limited-edition timepieces, the allocation of a specific edition number shall form part of the order confirmation.

  1. Exclusions from the Right to Cancel – Limited Edition and Personalised Timepieces

In accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory right of cancellation under Regulation 29 does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

All limited-edition timepieces are individually numbered and allocated to the purchaser at the point of order. Such allocation constitutes a form of personalisation within the meaning of Regulation 28(1)(b). Accordingly, once an order has been confirmed and a specific edition number assigned, the purchaser has no statutory right to cancel, return, exchange, or seek a refund on the basis of change of mind.

This provision does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of goods which are defective, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

  1. Delivery
  • We will use reasonable efforts to deliver products within the timeframes indicated at the point of purchase.
  • Risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Title shall pass only once full payment has been received by us.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to images, text, trademarks, trade names, logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of Tismo London Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit such content without our prior written consent.
