1. Reservation and Deposit

• By paying a deposit (20–30% of the full price), you secure a reservation for a limited edition Tismo Geneve timepiece.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Each timepiece is produced in limited quantities and/or customized, and therefore excluded from standard cancellation rights.
• The deposit amount will be deducted from the final purchase price of the timepiece.

2. Payment of Balance

• The remaining balance (70–80%) must be paid by bank transfer to the Company’s designated business account within 5 days of paying the deposit.
• If the balance is not paid within the required timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Payment instructions will be provided immediately after the deposit is made.

3. Binding Purchase Agreement

• By paying the deposit, you enter into a binding purchase agreement with the Company.
• Failure to pay the balance within the specified timeframe does not release you from this agreement; it only results in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Non-Refundable Nature of Deposits

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of your decision to cancel, change, or fail to complete the balance payment.
• This policy applies because each timepiece is:
  • produced in limited edition quantities, and/or
  • customized or numbered, making it unique to the purchaser.
• These products are therefore exempt from standard consumer cancellation rights under applicable laws.

5. Fulfilment and Delivery

• Upon receipt of the full balance payment, your order will be processed for fulfilment.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the specific collection. You will be notified by email regarding estimated delivery timelines.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

• Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for deposits. Any disputes must be raised directly with the Company.
• The Company will provide proof of reservation, invoice, and/or fulfilment documentation in the event of a payment dispute.

7. Governing Law

• This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.

2. دفع المبلغ المتبقي

3. اتفاقية شراء ملزمة

• بدفع الدفعة المقدمة، فإنك تدخل في اتفاقية شراء ملزمة مع الشركة.
• عدم دفع المبلغ المتبقي في الوقت المحدد لا يعفيك من هذه الاتفاقية؛ بل يؤدي فقط إلى إلغاء الحجز ومصادرة الدفعة المقدمة.

4. الطبيعة غير القابلة للاسترداد للدفعات المقدمة

• تعتبر الدفعات المقدمة غير قابلة للاسترداد بشكل صارم، بغض النظر عن قرارك بالإلغاء أو التغيير أو عدم إكمال دفع المبلغ المتبقي.
• تنطبق هذه السياسة لأن كل ساعة:
  • يتم إنتاجها بكميات محدودة الإصدار، و/أو
  • مخصصة أو مرقمة، مما يجعلها فريدة للمشتري.
• وبالتالي فإن هذه المنتجات مستثناة من حقوق الإلغاء للمستهلك القياسية بموجب القوانين المعمول بها.

5. التنفيذ والتسليم

• عند استلام كامل المبلغ المتبقي، سيتم معالجة طلبك للتنفيذ.
• قد تختلف أوقات التسليم حسب المجموعة المحددة. سيتم إخطارك عبر البريد الإلكتروني بمواعيد التسليم المقدرة.

6. النزاعات وطلبات استرداد المدفوعات

• يوافق العملاء على عدم بدء أي طلب استرداد للدفعات المقدمة. يجب رفع أي نزاعات مباشرة مع الشركة.
• ستوفر الشركة إثبات الحجز، الفاتورة، و/أو وثائق التنفيذ في حالة حدوث نزاع على الدفع.

7. القانون المعمول به

• يخضع هذا النظام ويفسر وفقًا لقوانين إنجلترا وويلز.
• أي نزاعات تنشأ عن أو تتعلق بهذا النظام تخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم لندن، المملكة المتحدة.
